Hydraulic Modification time💡 Changing the loader regular bucket with a new attachment (Clamp). You need to put in consideration there is a new hydraulic pistons where added in order to open and close the clamp Which means we need a new spool in the hydo control valve, the pump stays the same cuz the pump is already designed in order to work above the hydraulic requirements📈 Also you will need an additional joystick for the new movement (opening &closing the Clamp). The whole process takes 32 working hours #Construction #HeavyMachinery #MotorGrader #ProfessionalDevelopment #SkillsTraining #SafetyFirst #ConstructionEquipment #Engineering #Electronic #Electrical #Machinery #Projects #Jobs #Carers #Industry #Manufacturing #Learning #Mechanicalengineering

A mechanical seal is a device used to join two systems together, preventing fluid leakage while allowing motion between the two parts. It consists of two main components: 1. A stationary seat or mating ring 2. A rotating seal ring or rotary element These components are precisely machined and polished to create a sealing interface. The seal ring rotates with the shaft, and the stationary seat remains fixed. The seal interface is maintained by a spring or other mechanical device, ensuring constant contact between the two surfaces. Mechanical seals are commonly used in pumps, mixers, and other rotating equipment to: - Prevent fluid leakage - Contain pressure - Exclude contaminants - Reduce emissions They are available in various designs, materials, and sizes to suit different applications and operating conditions. #Mechanical #Maintenance #Mechanical Engineering #Education

A large premise of #mechanical #engineering is “Everything breaks (at some point).” It is the #Engineer’s job to know what/when/why/how/etc. In the valve world, it might be said "Everything Leaks (at some point)." #Valves and their construction materials need to be matched to the application… -first in theory (material hardness rating, chemical composition, alloying) -then in practice or #testing. Here we see a #ballvalve that was tested to failure by our #team to ensure the limitations were understood for a critical customer application. Baked at 800°F in our ‘easy bake’ test oven until failure (based on leakage rate). It is one of the many ways we offer #confidence along with our #valveassemblies here at Nooney Controls Corp.
