That’s a wrap on AMTA’s Mobile Carrier’s Forum national industry roadshow! Not even torrential rain and Black Friday sales could keep 120 mobile industry reps away from attending AMTA’s final MCF industry roadshow event at Telstra’s Sydney HQ this afternoon. During November around 400 attendees at sessions in Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth, Adelaide and Sydney have heard from AMTA, MCF, Telstra, Optus and TPG Telecom representatives on the latest policy and regulatory changes and AMTA’s advocacy on behalf of the industry. AMTA CEO Louise Hyland praised the constructive working relationships amongst the diverse ecosystem of network operators, mobile network infrastructure providers and suppliers who build and maintain thousands of mobile facilities each year, for the benefit of all Australians. Next week AMTA’s focus shifts to sunny Melbourne where it will host its annual EME Symposium with speakers from Australian Radiation Protection And Nuclear Safety Agency (ARPANSA), The Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development, Communications and the Arts, and Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) together with industry updates on safety initiatives and surveys. https://lnkd.in/g5wctwSK Pictured: From Left to Right – Rob Myles (AMTA) , Andrew S.
