Topics were discussed on the relationship with our country and the situation in Africa, and the potential for investments in energy and automotive matters on that continent was highlighted.

This prestigious event was organized by the 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐢𝐠𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐮𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐀𝐟𝐟𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐚, in cooperation with the Bled Strategic Forum, the 𝐄𝐮𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧, and the Chatham House 𝐀𝐟𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐞, and was held under the auspices of the 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐚. Mr. Dag Kralj participated as a panelist and engaged with the high-level delegates, including our Foreign Minister, the National Assembly Speaker, numerous ambassadors, and representatives from EU and financial institutions. This year’s conference centered on the critical theme of green transition. With the climate crisis increasingly impacting global peace and security, the link between peace and environmental sustainability has never been more crucial. The conference emphasized the 𝐩𝐢𝐯𝐨𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐲 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 in fostering environmental sustainability, economic development, and regional stability. In the context of Slovenia's membership of the UN Security Council, the conference highlighted the vital interplay between green transition, development, peace, and security.
