Great timing on this excerpt, as I was just in a South Florida Business Journal article last week in which I provided data on the condo new construction pipeline. It is important to recognize that Miami is building for new demand,upon recognition of new demand. More established, older cities were built out based on previous (pre Covid) demand. They have to repurpose and deal with vacancy. Our timing is perfect: we are building in response to an uptick of demand. Fat better than having to repurpose and scale back away from what was demand. #miami #realestate

10moS. Fla ie the Gold Coast, needs to work on its public infrastructure. Right now it has clogged arteries. Growth is great until it’s not. This is one of the primary purposes of govt and it needs to be done here on a regional basis. Very difficult to time it right and some effort has and is going into it, but clearly not enough.
