With the right data, we can deliver the right presents to the right kids at the right time!” Data and the elves got to work. They implemented tools to track: 🎁 First-party wish lists submitted by kids through letters and online portals. 🎁 Behavioral insights from the elves on the shelf (who reported directly to the Christmas Data Cloud). 🎁 Seasonal trends showing what toys were most loved this year. The Execution: As the big night approached, Santa tested the new system. With a tap on his snowflake tablet, he could see each child’s profile: ❄️ Name: Emma ❄️ Wish: Art supplies ❄️ Delivery Window: 10:15 PM (before her parents wake up) Santa smiled 😃 . “This is incredible!
