How to achieve the #RightToFood for all? According to the FAO, 30% of agricultural land in the world has already been deserified by practicing monoculture (chemical input based, anti-biodiversity agriculture), and if this trend continues, 90% land can be desertified in 2050. On #WorldFoodDay FAO should commit to start research on polyculture (biodiversity-based agriculture) to make poor people self-sufficient for their food requirements.
