Translate complex business needs into detailed functional specifications for technology teams. Document user stories, use cases, workflows, and process improvements. Technical Liaison: Work closely with development teams to ensure business requirements are understood and implemented effectively. Support the technical team in system configuration, data analysis, and integration with financial data sources. Assist in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in trading and risk management applications. Project Management: Manage project timelines, communicate progress, and address potential delays with stakeholders. Track project deliverables and milestones, ensuring adherence to established goals and budgets. Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure that testing strategies align with the project requirements. Data Analysis & Reporting: Develop, monitor, and improve data-driven metrics and reports for trading, risk, and compliance operations. Perform data analysis to identify trends, issues, or improvements in trading activities or systems performance. Utilize SQL and other data management tools to extract, manipulate, and present financial data as required. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process optimization within trading, risk, or back-office functions. Develop documentation and training materials for system improvements or new applications. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., MiFID II, Dodd-Frank) by implementing required controls and processes. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the point of contact between IT, trading desks, risk management, and back-office operations. Collaborate with external vendors and third-party service providers to integrate new software or services. Business Analyst Offshore  Remote Seek B/A’s from Financial Services that speak clearly and can articulate the details of the projects worked on, and have attention to detail and best would be a B/A- PM that has worked on Data projects connected to Regulatory Reform.   The role is very straightforward. Firm will train these 3 BA’s with a script to present and collect data via a 15+ topic questionnaire on the Validation of Data for a Regulatory Mandated Business Impact Assessment.   We are mandated to confirm the accuracy of the data the business units are working with, and this questionnaire is the method of collecting such data. This global team will work together in Focus Groups and compare findings as well as report on the meaning of Fields. (TBD) Our Manager will clearly define tasks, build a QA process to validate existing systems and Data. End result will be to create a Business Impact Assessment (BIA) and present to the Regulators, the finding of this Global Group effort. This person will execute a script and follow up to assure respondents offer their findings in a timely manner, and within the format required of this project.
