Hey everyone! We wanted to share some thoughts on how we can make guest experiences even more fun and engaging while they’re actually in venues. Create those unexpected, delightful moments that guests will remember long after they’ve checked out. I’m curious... What’s the most creative way you’ve seen chatbots used to enhance a guest’s stay? Or if you’re in the industry, how are you using chatbots to surprise and delight your guests? Let’s chat about it! 😊 Imagine a chatbot that: 🌟 Offers personalized fun like games, trivia, or even scavenger hunts tailored to the venue, turning downtime into memorable moments. 🍽️ Recommends unique food and drink pairings at on-site restaurants, or surprises guests with a secret menu item just for them. 🎁 Drops exclusive offers or event invites in real-time, so guests can take full advantage of everything the venue has to offer. 🗺️ Guides guests to hidden gems around the property, like a tucked-away garden, an art installation, or the best spot to catch the sunset. 📸 Engages with guests on social media, encouraging them to share their experiences with fun hashtags or photo challenges, creating a buzz both on-site and online. #GuestExperience #HospitalityInnovation #CustomerDelight #HotelLife #HospitalityTech #VenueManagement #CustomerEngagement

In a crowded market, standing out can be tough. But there’s a secret weapon you can use: FOMO, or the Fear of Missing Out. This feeling drives people to seek connection and unique experiences. Here’s how brands like Supreme and Airbnb do it, and how you can too. Supreme creates excitement with limited-edition drops. They announce products with little notice, making fans rush to buy. This urgency makes customers feel part of something special. Airbnb highlights one-of-a-kind listings, like treehouses or cozy cabins. By showcasing these unique experiences, they inspire immediate bookings. Customers fear missing out on special stays. To create FOMO in your brand: ↳ 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲: Offer limited-time products to encourage urgency. ↳ 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬: Show what makes your offerings rare and valuable. ↳ 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐀𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: Use social media to build excitement with sneak peeks or countdowns. FOMO can help your brand shine. By creating urgency and exclusivity, you invite customers into your story. People want to be part of something special. Give them that chance!

Purpose pays.. I’m big on purpose - brand purpose. And I don’t mean wishy-washy virtue-signally purpose. I mean big picture why do you exist other than to create a product / sell a service and make a profit purpose. Brands that live, breathe and communicate their purpose (Nike, Dove, Airbnb) rise above the rest. They innovate, operate and communicate more effectively to win the race for customers and talent over time. Those that don’t - don't. #brandpurpose #brandstrategy

Pink slime fries are just a band-aid on the bigger disease in hospitality: the ability to stay solvent. We can’t blame business owners for making food that the algorithms want if it’s the difference between making rent and closing shop. Instead, what we can do as consumers is support businesses that give us social capital (not social media capital), and in return, give some of that love and attention back through photos and Google reviews. Day 3: The power of social proof to build trust 🛡️🤝 Trust is the foundation of a successful brand. One of the most effective ways to build trust with your audience is through social proof - testimonials, reviews, and user-generated content that shows real people benefiting from your product or service. 🗣️⭐ Consider how Airbnb uses social proof: 👉 By highlighting guest reviews, host ratings, and authentic photos of past stays, Airbnb reassures potential customers that they’re making a safe and secure choice. This strategy changes skepticism with confidence, stimulates more preparations and strengthens confidence. Activate social evidence in your marketing and encourage satisfactory customers to share your experience. Share these reviews in a prominent place in your campaigns to show new customers that your brand fulfills its promises. The voice of your customers is your most powerful marketing tool! 🔊✨ #Marketingstratrategy #SOCIALPROTE #TRUST #CUSTERRERVIEWS #Marketingtips #trend #viral #Airbnb

I saw this quote from the cofounder of Airbnb and love it. “Build something 100 people love not something 1 million people kind of like”. Passionate customers will be loyal, tell their friends, enthuse about your product or service, and, depending on the lifecycle of the product or service, will probably spend a lot more with you in the long run. Dispassionate customers will do the opposite, be fickle brand swappers, have little engagement with you and the company will have a much higher acquisition target to replace constantly changing customers. #marketing #marketingquotes

I generally ignore/skip ads. I couldn't help but notice these two.... Airbnb ➡ https://lnkd.in/e9btXbf3 NerdWallet ➡ https://lnkd.in/eT8S9XEP Here's why... 📢 They speak directly to a specific pain point. 👋 They adapt their tone to fit their target audience (playfully educational). 🤐 They say a lot without saying a lot. 🔀 Their messaging can easily be repurposed/built on. And, if I were to do so with these campaigns, these are some content ideas I might explore (assuming they support and align with the business and campaign goals)... LOW EFFORT: Social video clips - Cut shorter clips and repurpose on Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and maybe even Pinterest. MEDIUM EFFORT: Social carousels on Instagram - '5 tips for making the most of your vacation without kids' or 'Dear future self: Notes your future self wants you to know' Email campaign - 'Why a hotel stay might make or break your next getaway' or 'Your future self will thank you for setting these payday habits' HIGH EFFORT: Create longform content (e.g., blogs, sponsored podcast series, etc.) that center around inspiring, exploring options, creating a community, etc. What's one ad/campaign that's captured your attention lately? #contentmarketing #contentstrategy
