Criticising without offering solutions really does create a toxic atmosphere doesn't it? It’s like pointing out a hole in the boat without suggesting how to patch it up. If you follow that thought - everyone would drown! Leaders should hold focus on guiding their team toward growth, not just highlighting what’s not working ...for them shouldn't they Andrea Petrone?
