The cost of housing is all about #supply and #demand! "According to the report, an average of eight prospective #renters compete for the same vacant #rental in Tampa Bay, with #apartments coming off the market in 40 days, one day faster than the national benchmark. Getting a #lease at the start of this year was a challenge for #apartment hunters in the area, as 93.5% of apartments were already occupied, and 65.4% of renters chose to stay put (above the national lease renewal rate of 61.5%).
