Good Morning Linkedin Community, I hope everyone is embracing the day. I'm writing this post for a bit of help and enlightenment. I decided to leave the army after 13 years and I'm now officially out as of this March. I had the dream of becoming a Wind Turbine Technician or Stat inspection. People I asked within the industry believed I had the skills with Mechanical and hydraulics already to break into the industry. But since I have left I have only had 2 interviews. I'm applying to at least a job a day since last December, with none or what feels like hardly any responses. So I guess what I'm asking is this normal or is there something else? 🔸 My CV or Cover letter maybe ( I couldn't afford to spend £500 as I'm supporting my family with no current job)? 🔸 Do I just not have the right experience? 🔸 My Character or values? 🔸 Do I just keep going all in with the hope something comes my way? 🔸 Do I accept this maybe was a bit premature and look for something else? 🔸 Do I need more qualifications?
