I'm interested

But what of those that go extra mile to send messages, email even attach well detailed CV with their previous experience outlined and never got any response back after months even years. For me, the industry is quite small that even companies don’t rely on one agency when putting out contract roles/opportunities hence the reason why agency need to work more with every candidate available at their doorstep, try to build good relationships with them because at the end of the day, a candidate can easily switch agencies or join the company permanently. Everyone deserves a chance until you feel they don’t meet your criteria, because you will still need them again in future. No client representative without the client, no agent provider with the agent.

If i find the job info interesting and suits my availability period, I will put all effort to find your contact , mail and whatsapp my CV. And then if your day rate sucks because you didnt put the effort to raise my value. I will reject you and go for another job which appreciates my value. Effort works both ways. Being a freelancer im loyal to my signed contract, the fun part of being a freelancer 😊

Andrew Blears I'm interested 😂

You are lazy. You don't want to research and try to find out by yourself anything about interested candidates 🤣

If I'm curious and looking for the right candidate it's easy to dismiss people and I can understand that we do want driven people in our company and that also means I should be driven to find the right person. I admit I have put interest just so I can find the post again later Linked in has a habit of moving things around to make it difficult to get back to a post in your feed. I always follow up if I'm interested. In leadership it's easy to dismiss and it's not all about you and it is all about you is a common saying that I find holds true. Respect is earned and it is a two way street for both parties. We don't miss what we never knew but sometimes we wish we knew what we missed.

For me it speaks to more than that. Hitting the auto reply and expecting a positive outcome... That speaks of entitlement, and you are just another face in a crowd. Besides, dropping an email with a well written CV and an introduction IMO isnt the extra mile, it is courtesy and the bare minimum one should do. Obviously though when you are as big a deal as me, then auto-reply is enough...
