Rethinking Doner, Shaurma, and Lavash in Uzbekistan When you think of Doner, Shaurma, or Lavash, what comes to mind? Probably a small stall offering fast, not-so-healthy food. My perspective completely changed when I met the team at EVOS. EVOS is one of the leading companies in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) segment of Uzbekistan. They've transformed traditional street food into a standardized, high-quality dining experience with more than 80 locations across the country. Their commitment to consistent kitchen practices, processes, and products is truly remarkable. But they didn't stop there. EVOS offers a diverse menu that goes beyond Lavash. From hot dogs and snacks to desserts, ice cream, and a wide selection of beverages, they've reimagined fast food to cater to a variety of tastes. Moreover, EVOS went further by creating an entire ecosystem. They've established their own factories to produce meat, salads, and lavash, ensuring quality control and supply chain efficiency. It's inspiring to see such innovation and dedication in the food industry. Kudos to the EVOS team for redefining what's possible in the QSR landscape of Uzbekistan! #EVOS #QSR #Innovation #Uzbekistan #FoodIndustry #DiverseMenu

We are happy to share the news that NIQ Philippines is launching the FOODIE REPORT. Last done in 2019, the report will attempt to capture a snapshot of OOH dining in the face of changes brought about by the pandemic and influenced by high inflation impact in recent years. Featuring an integrated approach that includes a UAI, a consumption diary and FGDs, we offer a deep dive into the consumers' journey of food and drink choices in instances when they do not cook at home. We will try to answer your burning questions seen on this one pager. But wait there's more! This year, we recognize that beverage choices are expanding and handcrafted drinks like coffee, milk tea and juices are becoming part of many Filipinos' repertoire. More affordable options are competing against established brands in this new and exciting space, and we hope to capture this in the drinks and desserts module of this year's FOODIE. For more details, let us know and set a schedule with us, to discuss in a deep dive session. johannmatthew.trompeta@nielseniq.com gailie.carandang@nielseniq.com denicechristine.pilla@nielseniq.com #NIQSolutions #SMB #EmergingBrands #FMCG #MarketInsights #fmcgdistributors
