Anees Alomar this is exactly my vision and my execution plan. If you don't specialize and especially POLARIZE you are comparable with many others. I honestly believe that there is unfortunately a lot of ignorance about the real value of the visualization. People are only price-driven and not value-driven. I embrace the visual as the only language that really communicates the visions of real estate developers and the fact that visualizers (majority have architectural background) are able to do it so well it's a gift we have and that must be recognized. 🎁💡
