Monday… 5am… 💪 I have created my “win the day” morning routine that… works for me. And I appreciate that not everyone raves about hitting the gym in the morning or going for a run, but what matters is that you find your own routine that helps you elevate your performance and quite frankly… feel great! There are also some huge, yet not so obvious benefits, to creating your morning routine: -> strengthening your discipline muscle (motivation doesn’t last…) -> building confidence (accomplishments of showing up pile up!) -> fuelling up you mind with great podcast / audiobook -> best ideas and perspective shifts come to the surface…. Over the years I have tried different things when it comes to morning routine, and now I know that for me, starting a day with moving my body is by far the best way 👌 Have you got your own morning routine?

The answer is probably no, unless there are extenuating circumstances 😜🤣 To be your most successful self, you should treat your personal development the way you do something like brushing your teeth or showering - do a little bit every day! It doesn’t have to be a lot. Just 20-30 minutes. An audiobook. A book. A podcast. A conference. Whatever. I’m not going to tell you how or when to shower 😉 Committing to regular personal development is also a great way to avoid family overwhelm at Christmas and grab some of you-time back...BONUS!
