As the President and the CEO of Double Exposure Media and we are now celebrating like 50 years in doing what it is that we do. The emphasis is always a bit on publicity, but my personal interest has always been on the development of an artist. I'm really into having my people have an understanding of what it takes to win. The artist really needs to know the whole the what's the wins, the wars and the wise, how of longevity, how to stay in this business. We have mishandled our artists. We have not treated our. Artist as our children and teaching them how to stay and how to do the business of music. So we're double exposure is about sure it is marketing, it is publicity before me personally. It's the development of the artist and away from this artist. It's the development of my people, strategy and growth. My mission in life is to teach, educate and stimulate. What I look at is minority communities. These communities have not been treated and the matter of respect educationally. Family wise and my mission is really to give them the advantages of life. Some of us, we go through addiction problem. We go through mental problems. We go into incarceration. We go into many things. I would like to be that individual that would take the time out to mentor, to tell them how to go and get a job, how to deal with writing a resume, with the dress like, with the speech, like diction and speech mannerisms, all those things. That's going to possess security and job placement. I want people to win, and it's not about winning every race. It's about staying in the race long enough brand building. I want you to understand your business, and this is a part of what we talk about in the development of an artist or development of the late person he is. Research is education and it's just being able to comprehend and understand the importance of your job as the chief. As the CEO of your life, that's what's important. That's what I want to get across. We're celebrating 50 years of hip hop, but are we celebrating the finances in which hip hop is brought into this commodity? Why is our artist still with a question mark? People who did not believe in the hip-hop 50 years ago are the recipients of the dollar and the cent of hip hop. We must get into the trenches of educating these young people about how to get theirs. You got to take the time to investigate, you got to take the time to read, to comprehend, and anything that you don't understand, ask the questions about. Angela has an innate ability. Of. Practically, knowing what you want, not only what you want, but what you need. Craft refinement. I want you to be able to talk to those professionals away from your particular community of journalists and want you to be able to conduct an intelligent, intellectual conversation that would bring your fan base to you. I want you to understand the importance of image and style. I don't know how much music we saw today, but I do know that we saw 60% of. Mission style, based on what we look like, based on what we think like that's the first impression, is the lasting impression. We had double exposure. I tried to diversify before it was popular to diversify. I didn't do one particular genre of music or one particular category. We have dealt from opera to gospel to reggae to R&B. The mainstream is not one particular sector of community of talent that we have not dealt with. But I just remember many, many, many years ago, it was sold to me about image. Your first impression is the last human aggression. There's a stage look, there's everyday look, but your image should be consistent. He does not give up. OK? When Angela says I'm gonna get this done, he gets it done. Resilience and adaptability. O our artist development program is not just about that artist, the entertainer, but we're looking into sports. We're looking into the layperson, we're looking to domestic violence victims. We're looking into all of these, all of these individuals that may see their life as a struggle or a challenge. And we're bringing comfort and we're bringing expertise to them by teaching them. Those always wins wars and whys have how they can win. It's all about alignment and it's all about having the the consciousness. So you really, really want to win and taking the time and the patience of understanding the kind of opportunities that's the out there for them to possess and to get. But someone has to teach them professional support. Why Angelo Ellerbee? Why double exposure? Why not? It's the question. I have 55 years of experience. Some of the largest artists have come my way. I think the double exposure is the answer as it relates to damage control, as it relates to The Who wets, the winds, the Where's the wise of longevity in the music industry?
