How can Diabetics control excess hunger?? Diabetics who feel constantly hungry should know that their hormones involved in appetite regulation like Insulin, Glucagon, Leptin, and Ghrelin, are in imbalance and so their normal hunger and satiety signals are disrupted. V-Type Body is prone to Nervous system imbalance. Choosing Grounding foods like Ghee, Coconut oil and Olive oil can help regulate appetite and provide stability. P-Type Body is prone to heightened digestive fire and metabolism. Choose Cooling foods like Dairy (milk & ghee) to manage hunger and also balance internal heat. K-Type Body is prone to Leptin resistance. Choose Fibre-rich foods like fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and legumes for better Leptin sensitivity and to control appetite by promoting satiety.

sugar - deadly poison ☠️ Sugar consumption can lead to increased food intake through several mechanisms. Sugar causes rapid spikes in blood glucose levels followed by insulin surges, leading to subsequent hunger. It also stimulates the brain's reward system by increasing dopamine release, creating cravings. Regular high sugar intake can induce leptin resistance, impairing the body's ability to signal fullness, thus promoting overeating. Additionally, sugary foods are highly palatable, encouraging people to eat more. Studies have demonstrated these effects, showing that sugar can significantly impact hunger and satiety signals, leading to increased overall caloric consumption. 🍔🍟🍕 #sugar #poison #avoidsugar #foodindustry

✅ True! They are typically found in plant-based oils, nuts, seeds, and fish. Unsaturated fats come in two types: Monounsaturated fats: Found in olive oil, avocados, and nuts. They help reduce LDL (“bad”) cholesterol while maintaining HDL (“good”) cholesterol levels. Polyunsaturated fats: Found in fatty fish (like salmon and mackerel), flaxseeds, and walnuts. These fats include omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, which are essential for heart health, as they reduce inflammation and support healthy blood vessels. #CardiologyAssociates #Morristown #HeartHealth #HealthyHeart #ComprehensiveCardiovascularCare #Cardiologists #HeartCare

Don’t blame butter for what canola oil did. The evidence is in. Vegetable oil, soybean oil, canola oil, safflower oil, and corn oil are all processed foods. They slow your cellular metabolism and accumulate in your brain and white fat cells. Butter, on the other hand, improves your metabolism and gives you healthy cell structures. Your hormones are made out of cholesterol, and even the American Heart Association now says that cholesterol in food is a “nutrient of non-concern.” There are lots of things pushing our health in the wrong direction. The biggest thing you could do right now to set things right is to stop eating fried stuff at restaurants and stop eating commercial salad dressing. Those are the two biggest sources of junk oil in your life. 🙏 If you found this post helpful, give me a follow for more biohacking tips!

Unpopular facts about sugar. A lot of people ignore the fact that sugar is poison to your body. Sugar is empty calories and the negative impacts are numerous. It doesn't mean you can't enjoy a sweet treat, but it should be a treat with REAL ingredients and it should be occasional. 🌱Weight gain When you consume too much sugar, your body doesn't produce enough insulin to break it down, so it's stored in fat cells. Fructose, in particular, can lead to a significant increase in visceral fat, or belly fat. 🌱Heart disease Added sugars from foods like candy, soda, juice, and desserts can cause blood sugar levels to spike, which can damage blood vessels, overload the liver, and increase the risk of heart disease. 🌱Tooth decay Bacteria in your mouth convert sugar into acids that eat away at tooth enamel, causing cavities and other forms of decay. 🌱Liver damage Consuming too much sugar can lead to non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), which occurs when fat builds up in liver cells. 🌱Nutritional deficiencies Sugar is considered an empty calorie, meaning it doesn't provide any nutrients, vitamins, or minerals. In fact, it can deplete your body of zinc, magnesium, potassium, and chromium #healthcoach #guthealthforlife #guthealthismentalhealth #guthealthchangeseverything #healthylivingtips #sugarispoison

Hello connections!!! I am glad to share my article about "KIDNEY STONES" Most kidney stones are formed when oxalate, a by product of certain foods, binds to calcium as urine is being made by the kidneys. Both oxalate and calcium are increased when the body doesn't have enough fluids and also has too much salt.Kidney stones form when urine contains too many substances that form crystals, and not enough fluid to dilute them. These substances can include calcium salts, uric acid, or other minerals. The crystals can develop into stones over weeks or months. Some factors that can increase your risk of developing kidney stones include: Dehydration: Not drinking enough water and other fluids can lead to a build-up of chemicals in your body. Dehydration can also make it harder and more painful to pass a kidney stone. Medical conditions Certain medical conditions can cause high levels of chemicals in your urine. Diet: Eating too much meat, fatty foods, and processed foods can increase your risk. However, eating enough carbohydrates and foods that contain citrate, like lemons, oranges, and lemonade, may help prevent stones from forming. #snsinstituations #snsdesignthinkers #designthinking

Are your legumes bloating your gut?🤷🏻♀️ 🫘 Legumes contain 'oligosaccharides.' It is a form of carbohydrate that has multiple sugars. Now, oligosaccharides do not get digested in your small intestine. They get digested in your large intestine, and gas is developed as a by-product of this digestion.🔥 The ingredient that is going to help here is haldi (turmeric)🫚.Studies have been conducted to show that turmeric helps treat symptoms of IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome). 👉🏻Pro tip: Soak the legumes overnight 🕰️🌗 with turmeric 🫚
