Sacrifice is a profound concept that often involves giving up something valuable for a greater cause or purpose. In many cultures, rituals surrounding sacrifice can include offerings of food, animals, or other items to honor deities, ancestors, or the earth itself. Babies, often seen as symbols of innocence and potential, can evoke strong emotions in sacrificial contexts, particularly in myths and ancient traditions where their protection is paramount. People, drawn from various walks of life, participate in rituals that may involve animal sacrifice, reflecting deep-rooted beliefs, traditions, or communal ties. These practices highlight the complex relationships between humanity, spirituality, and the natural world, showcasing the lengths to which individuals and communities will go to uphold their values and beliefs.

When man lives with an animal, animal appears to become more human although what is actually happening is that a man is lowering himself on the level of the animal.
In order to be dog dad or cat mom one needs to crucially compromise with many essential things for the spiritual practice like, cleanliness, nonviolence, punctuality, time management and focus. This may be good bargain for the dog but owner have to downgrade the awareness. At the end one may even end up stepping outside of the periphery of human consciousness.
Some might say that one learns love and commitment but the cold reality is that one can’t really successfully exchange emotions (raga) with the living beings from the different species since platforms for the emotions (bhava - rati) are different. Friendship between human and animal is naturally based on confusion and emotional misinterpretation (tamas).
Protecting animals and lowering living standards on level of an animal are two different things.
A Toxic Tide
Pollution, a toxic tide, encroaches upon innocent creatures, their homes poisoned, their futures imperiled.
We stand as both culprits and custodians, holding the power to reverse this tragic course.
Let compassion ignite our actions, let us become the guardians of these suffering beings, restoring their world for the harmony of all.
Their suffering is a stark reflection of our own moral failings.
Every creature, wild and free, deserves a world untainted by human greed.
Pollution's tendrils choke life, robbing animals of their homes, their health, and their hope.
We owe to them, to future generations, and to the sanctity of our planet, to break these chains of destruction.
▶️ Let us unite in purpose, transforming pollution's legacy into one of redemption and renewal.

People who can't stand humanity: between sarcasm and existential emptiness
There are individuals who experience a deep contempt for humanity. These people, between sarcasm and existential emptiness, emit negative and derogatory messages about the species to which they belong.
It is possible that these attitudes have developed as a result of...

We often associate humanity with our species, but what if I told you that some of the most compassionate gestures come from our furry and feathered friends?
Dogs comforting strangers
Gorillas embracing orphans
Elephants mourning loved ones
These acts remind us that humanity transcends species. It's not just about being human; it's about being alive.
Long before humans walked the earth, empathy, kindness, and love existed. Kindness is not just a human trait, it's something we can learn from animals who show compassion effortlessly.
Let's celebrate the universal language of compassion. Let's broaden our understanding of humanity.
