Being a CIO of an IT company for more than 13 years, I’ve been working on ways to manage and optimize infrastructure costs since 2011. It’s been a long journey since we synchronized financial and delivery departments and increased transparency on how cloud costs are monitored and budgeted. But we managed to achieve great results. Now, I’m looking into how CFOs can better monitor, manage, and reduce these expenses in other companies as well. With that in mind, I’m launching a short survey to gather some insights. It takes just about 10 minutes and aims to evaluate how cloud cost visibility affects overall operational efficiency in different IT-driven companies.
