Empaths are sensitive to clutter. So, why don’t you start by decluttering your physical space? ·        Consider the emotional impact of each item you own. ·        Keep only those items that truly bring you joy or serve a practical purpose. ·        Letting go of excess possessions can create a sense of lightness. Decluttering your space means fewer stimuli for your senses, fewer thoughts and emotions to process, and a less overwhelming environment. Design your living space to be calming and soothing, to create a harmonious atmosphere that nurtures your sensitive nature. When was the last time you decluttered your space?
