Reports of customers feeling #deceived and #cheated by Skoda's dealerships are becoming alarmingly common. This #betrayal of trust can have devastating effects on customer #loyalty and brand reputation. When customers invest their hard-earned money into a vehicle, they expect transparency, honesty, and a commitment to their satisfaction—expectations that Skoda's current after-sales service is failing to meet. A worrying trend among Škoda Auto and its dealers is the evasion of responsibility. Rather than addressing customer concerns directly, they provide evasive responses and actions. Integrity in Service: Ensuring all service recommendations are genuinely needed and based on thorough diagnostics, eliminating any practices of unnecessary repairs or services. Skoda India stands at a crossroads.

My concerns, detailed in Case Nos. MED18850534 and CCR19108345, include: Lack of Transparency: No follow-up on bookings despite confirmations. Misleading Sales Practices: Dealerships contradicting online availability. Quality Concerns: Discovery of odometer tampering and undisclosed accident history. Despite reaching out to Volkswagen India and customer care multiple times, my issues remain unresolved. I urge Volkswagen India and relevant authorities to ensure transparency, proper inspections, and meaningful communication to address these concerns.
