In prepping for the The National Sports Forum virtual fall summit Career Development session with my fabulous colleagues Gary Bernstein and Luke Edwards, one topic we are discussing and looking for valuable insights is on the critical role of power (aka soft) skills in today's workforce. I'm collecting short stories that highlight the transformative impact of power skills in professional settings.
