Oh wow, what an interesting product idea! The 'how come no one thought of this before' kind! I wonder how they got the consistency to offer paneer as a spread. Very understated and small'ish ad for such a unique product, though. I believe this is available only in Delhi (the ad was released today only in the Delhi edition of The Times of India), but as an unapologetic, card-carrying fan of paneer, I would love to try it whenever it becomes available in Bengaluru. Considering the protein needs of India, this is a faster way to consume paneer than cooked versions. Also, how long before Amul replicates this idea and takes it pan-India? #advertising #marketing #product #paneer #protein

As a dairy enthusiast with a love for milk and its derivatives, I was captivated during my recent Air India flight by an article on Amul ghee in the inflight magazine. Discovering that Amul produces ghee in various colors was genuinely thrilling! It was fascinating to know the variations in the color of ghee that Amul produces, carefully crafted according to regional tastes and demographic preferences. Amul Ghee, Amul Cow Ghee, High Aroma Cow Ghee, Amul Sagar Ghee, Amul Brown!!! It’s remarkable to see how a brand like Amul not only prioritizes quality but also respects the cultural nuances of its consumers. From golden hues to deeper, richer shades, each variant reflects the preferences and traditions of different communities, reinforcing a deep connection with locals and building a sense of trust that goes beyond just a product. In a world that’s rapidly globalizing, it’s refreshing to see brands like Amul adapting and resonating with customers in such a thoughtful way. This reminds me of how meaningful connections can be forged when we truly understand and respect the diversity around us. #Amul #Ghee #Trust #ConsumerConnection #CulturalDiversity #LocalFlavor #BrandTrust

Ola Kanti Sweets Terrible experience with Kanti Sweets Kumaraswamy Layout. I’m repeatedly asked to change items after ordering. Last time, I accepted a change, but was billed for the original item. Today, I refused to compromise, and they even asked for my OTP. Now, Kanti Sweets claims they can’t cancel orders. Why should customers be forced to accept items they didn’t order? This is unprofessional and needs fixing. Either deliver what’s ordered or provide a proper cancellation option. #CustomerServiceFail #BillingIssue #OrderCancellation #OlaFood #KantiSweets

A good brand is like a scent that ascends you to a different level, both at functional and emotional levels. I liked how Too Yumm! used the ingredient 'Bhut Jolokia' or 'Ghost Pepper' to get this name. Bhut Jolokia is certified as the world's hottest chilli pepper. Further, the twist is also the typical name 'Naagin' that espouses emotions to the Indian audience. Though a few are aware that NaagiN is a brand that makes sauces. However, my son mistook and asked, 'Since when are Bhoots (evil spirits!) Smoking Hot!'. That question ascended me to the abyss (Pataal lok). Or is it descend!! #brand #marketing #sales

Wish to know the truth about Ice-creams and Frozen Desserts? In 2017 the brand Amul aired an advertisement showing how consumers are cheated in the name of ice cream and served frozen desert instead. Hindustan Unilever (HUL) and Vadilal Group joined forces to take on “Amul” ice cream maker Gujarat Cooperative Milk Marketing Federation (GCMMF) over this television commercial, which allegedly belittles “frozen desserts”. HUL that owns Kwality Walls alleged in Bombay High Court that such advertisement is misleading. Vadilal which also manufactures frozen desert showed common interest in the matter. HUL wanted removal of the ad whereas, GCMMF alleged that it educated the consumers and helped them spot the difference between two relatively close terms that is ice cream and frozen desert (one being prepared from milk and the other one from vegetable oil). A frozen desert must contain the tag of “frozen desert” on the product. Later on, according to the orders of Bombay HC the ad was taken off air. However, it certainly helped in creating some awareness about the difference between ice cream and frozen desserts amongst consumers. Though frozen desserts are now being labelled as such even then the fact remains that majority of consumers, as also ice cream sellers are not aware of the difference and buy/sell frozen desserts under the impression that it is ice cream! #icecream #jagograhakjago #consumersindia #drjayashreeguptablog #heyconsumer #humanrights #misleadingads #globalwarming #health #frozendessert https://lnkd.in/dUxN7kB
