Usually, I sleep like a rock (or like little Otto in the photo), but the last weeks were different. My busy brain was too busy to go to sleep. It was annoying! The Last weeks were a lot. 7 clients with 10 different projects So much was happening that the important stuff—the things that should have been done—just… got neglected. It felt overwhelming. Right now, my biggest problem is the organization of my business. Now, I have someone working with me to sort through the chaos and bring clarity back into my business. But I realized—if I want to grow, I need to confront the messy bits first. What about you? What’s blocking you from growing your business? What’s keeping you up at night? Drop it in the comments or message me. Let’s talk about it.
Anna Korlath I'm happy to hear that you're busy enough that it feels chaotic, sounds like you're handling it well by bringing someone in to help you find clarity and turn this into sustainable growth.
I can relate Anna. I've been trying to "time travel" when I can't fall asleep worrying about the business - thinking how will I feel about this in the morning, in a year, in 5 years. Zooming out like this somewhat helps to calm the mind down. But you are right you need to address the core of your worries!

1moI see you Anna Korlath, what you describe sounds like a lot of cognitive load and something many of us struggle with. We spend our energy using our brain for storing information excessively (for which it isn't really designed), which negatively impacts our capacity for clear thinking (and working). Great to hear you've got a buddy to help you through this... That is by the way something I love about being a coach, is to hold that space for brilliant people like you. It is just that much easier with another person, than trying to do it by oneself. And then building strategies to reduce that cognitive load is paramount.
