Have you ever found yourself so engrossed in work that you forgot to take a moment for yourself? I consistently underestimate the power of pausing, simply to take a deep breath. Yesterday, Gabriella DiSilvio led a virtual Peloton Interactive yoga session at Lawline that was everything I needed! It was amazing to relax and get moving with my gals (and colleagues) Miylie and Meredith. I didn't realize how much I needed that break, but it was a powerful reminder that sometimes the best thing we can do for our productivity and mental health is to step back and breathe. Let this be a reminder to us all: never underestimate the power of a small break, especially when shared with others.
