On the other hand, Excel provides a familiar interface for users to perform basic data manipulation, create pivot tables, and generate simple charts. It's particularly useful for quick data exploration and sharing insights with stakeholders who may not be familiar with coding. 🚖 Unveiling the Key to Success for Cab Companies in Tier-2 Cities! Excited to share my PowerBI Report my submission for Codebasics Resume Challenge #13! This challenge offered a fantastic platform to enhance my skills and showcase impactful work. GoodCabs has been operating in the Indian market for two years, serving 10 Tier-2 cities, with a focus on metrics like revenue and trip volume to fuel growth and performance. 👨💻 Problem Statement: Despite two years in operation, GoodCabs has struggled to achieve substantial market penetration in Tier-2 cities. 📍 Objective: To analyze performance across key metrics, identify areas of improvement, and provide actionable insights to optimize operations and boost market share. 📝 Approach: Analyzed six months of operational data, focusing on: Trip volumes Passenger satisfaction Repeat passenger behavior Target achievements The analysis culminated in an interactive Power BI dashboard to present actionable insights. 💡 Key Insights: 1️⃣ Jaipur leads in total revenue, average fare per trip while Surat ranks lowest for average fare trip while Coimbatore performs worst in generating revenue. 2️⃣ Tourist-centric cities receive excellent passenger ratings but lag in trip target completion. 3️⃣ Medium length trips dominate throughout the week while the average fare per trip in weekend is nearly 1.6x of the average fare per trip in weekday. 📌 Impact: The analysis helped GoodCabs: -Identify underperforming areas -Strategize local partnerships to increase demand -Optimize services to boost market penetration 🔗 Live Dashboard : https://lnkd.in/dbm4pS2f 🙏 Special Thanks: A heartfelt thanks to Dhaval Patel, Hemanand Vadivel, and the entire Codebasics Team for organizing this enriching challenge!
