Do you sometimes feel unheard? We all do at times. And honestly, its quite unnerving! You actually feel like holding some of the people around you and telling them to listen to you. But in as much as you can't do that all the time and can't do it with everyone, there is a way in which you can change what you are feeling. How? By actually taking the time out to listen to yourself. How? By sitting quietly and connecting to what your mind is saying - your thoughts and emotions - and what your body is saying - the physical sensations you can feel. And how many times should you do this? Multiple times every day. Be sure to take this medicine with no restrictions on quantity nor the number of doses! And does this actually work? Absolutely. There is merit in this madness.
