Last week, we spent our Valentines Day with some of our favorite people: our customers. Ready with candy, coffee, and the occasional flower, we were prepared at AAOS to have in-depth conversations about what we have to offer.
However, our end goal is not to make quick sales but to build productive and meaningful relationships with people (preferably over a delicious cup of coffee). The medical device industry is massive in scale, but when it comes to the people, it can feel very small and familiar when you get to connect with the movers and shakers like our dear friend,

Alyssa is a most energetic and smart person who has cast a spell over us, worth connecting with because she makes business fun. Not all conversations with her have to be strictly business, but maybe about the exciting opportunities this industry has to offer or they could be introductions to cool, new people.
What we have come to learn is that when it comes to productivity, timing is everything. However, timing is inconsequential when it comes to meeting people, creating connections, and even making friends. You never know if or when someone will need you or you will need them, which is why we’re in the business of making coffee and talking to friends.
