Back when I coached swimming, this was a team favorite. The awards were simple but personal—celebrating quirks and qualities that made everyone feel seen. So, I brought this tradition to our coworking family, because our community deserves to be celebrated for who they are, not just what they do. This year’s categories? 🍽️ The Snacker Attacker – For the one who’ll rummage through the café, flipping it upside down just to grab a snack and take a well-deserved break from work. 💻 Most Unlucky with Technology – Because some days, the Wi-Fi just won’t cooperate. ☕ Always with a Coffee – Never spotted without their favorite brew in hand. These awards might be written on paper plates, but the compliments behind them are priceless. They remind us that our members aren’t just people who work here—they’re individuals we know, appreciate, and root for.
