Today is #OddSocksDay—a powerful reminder that differences make us unique and worth celebrating. Odd Socks Day, part of Anti-Bullying Week, encourages us to stand up against bullying and promote kindness and respect. By wearing mismatched socks, we symbolize that individuality is something to be proud of, not shamed. Let’s use this day to remind ourselves that every person deserves respect and a sense of belonging, both in schools and workplaces. Together, we can create environments where everyone feels valued. Stand up to bullying, celebrate uniqueness, and let’s be allies for each other. #AntiBullyingWeek #CelebrateDifferences

Stand firm and say, "I've told you to stop. It upsets me." And here’s the key: set a clear consequence. For example, "If you do it again, I’m going to tell my teacher." This step is about taking control and standing up for yourself. 👊 💬 Ready for more? Watch for Tip #3 next time! #AntiBullyingWeek #StopBullying #StandUpForYourself #Empowerment #WeAreKRMA

Three tips for dealing with bullying! Shared from FEI Member organisation AboutFace's "Bullying: A guide for children with a facial difference". In a society obsessed with appearances, and in which mainstream media is constantly giving the #FacialDifference community a bad rap, it's important to recognise that these things contribute to the bullying and harassment that people with visible differences face. This is one of many reasons why fighting for #FaceEquality is vital. Make sure to read the full guide, which can be found in our Resource Hub. https://lnkd.in/gZpGvBb Video Description: Nikita is talking directly to the camera. She has wavy black hair and wears turtleshell reading glasses and a long-sleeved black top. #Bullying #AntiBullyingWeek #AntiBullyingAlliance #OddSocksDay #ChooseRespect

Standing Strong for Anti-Bullying Week: A Personal Reflection 💪 This week marks Anti-Bullying Week, a time to reflect, raise awareness, and unite against bullying in all its forms. For me, it’s not just a cause—it's deeply personal. I was once a victim of bullying. It left emotional and mental scars that, to this day, I still carry. The hurtful words, the isolation, and the feeling of not being enough—it wasn’t easy. But through it all, I never gave up. ✨ The journey hasn't been easy, and the effects of those experiences still linger. But each day, I find strength in my resilience and in knowing that no one can define my worth but me. 💖 To anyone who has experienced bullying, please remember: You are not alone. You are stronger than you think, and your worth is not defined by the cruelty of others. Let's continue to speak up, support each other, and create environments where kindness and empathy are the foundation. Together, we can make a difference—not just this week, but every day. 🌍💙 #AntiBullyingWeek #EndBullying #YouAreNotAlone #StrongerTogether #KindnessMatters #Resilience #MentalHealthAwareness
