It is Day 9️⃣ of my 100-push-ups-a-day-in-April for Cancer Research. Everyone will feel the impact of cancer in their lifetime through facing a diagnosis themselves, or because someone close is affected. 384,000 cancer cases are diagnosed annually in the UK; that is 7 people told that they have cancer every 10 minutes. Unless something changes, that will rise to over half a million by 2040, a third more; with a quarter more deaths, 208,000 each year. That’s why I’m doing 100-push-ups-a-day-in-April to raise money for Cancer Research UK (CRUK).
