Last week I had the privilege of talking with Jennifer Z. Renaud about lessons she's learned from her accomplished and varied career in marketing. Here are the top two pieces of her advice I'm keeping in mind while looking for a summer internship: 1) Find a company/industry you're passionate about. It's always easier to sell something if you're a customer yourself. 2) Find an internship role where you're not just transferring files. At the end of the summer, you want to feel like you've made a concrete impact on the company and their mission.

First internship programme that I have seen that delivers so much to young people preparing for the world of work. The video from TelevisaUnivision shows interns getting first hand experience of working in a large, fast paced organisation.
