The client required a machine that could meet their current production needs while also being flexible enough to support future growth. 💡

Here’s what we achieved:
✅ The machine currently runs at 75 bottles per minute with 8 filling stations and 4 capping stations.
✅ When it’s time to scale, we can add more stations to increase the speed to 150 bottles per minute in just 1 week! 🚀

The pallet washing process is made easy:
✅ Load a stack of dirty pallets onto the stack with a forklift.
✅ The de-stacker automatically unloads and conveys pallets to the tunnel washer.
✅ The tunnel washer can be equipped with pre-rinse, chemical wash, post-rinse, sanitize, and blow-off zones to both clean and dry the pallet.
✅ The stacker automatically loads the pallet onto a stack.
✅ A stack of clean pallets can be removed with a forklift.
