Yesterday suddenly I met him, he was broken and in tears but still not on knees.... We all have heard that "History repeats itself"...Right? But most of the time We don't see its happening with our life or He can say, We don't have time to introspect or We ignore it, it's similar to denying the truth, Fortunately/Unfortunately, it happens in everyone's life and gives us a lesson to learn for next time.... Yes, For him, History repeated several times in different ways for some reasons and this time for some other reason... As He doesn't forget things easily, He doesn't know it's boon or bane, sometimes it's boon, sometimes it's bane, But he learnt and learnt again... Two incidents, He was called to #support and #establish a #business....but this #materialisticworld and #selfishness of #humanbehavior... Year #2014, #March; Location : #jaipur near #galtagate #fmcg #incensesticks #distributorship firm, Started by a colleague who reached to his house several times to bring him because that-one knows he's #workaholic..., He didn't get any opportunity there to establish that business and suffered a lot, but he didn't bow down his head and after one month of sufferings, He joined his first #mnc job in the month of may in #noida location. He didn't went to #jaipur to do a job...But it was good that he left #jaipur in a month. Year #2023 ; Location : #delhincr; Actually this time somewhere this guy is responsible to for his #physical #mental #financial loss, The reason behind is, He values #relations moreover all #materialistic things, that's why he doesn't exist. However this time in starting he shared every single detail of sufferings he faced during 2014's incident to the owner of the business before joining him. He's familiar with the owner since years now knows him. He felt "every moment pomp and show" so understood the story so early but he kept working. He was very sure since start that he'll go and tomorrow he's leaving.. He didn't tell me everything, I'm not very close to him just a familiar, But Now i'm thinking, where he'll go this time... So Introspect, talk to yourself, be empathetic and keep learning and eyeing on your each step and from other's mistakes.... *************** History Repeats Itself ************************************

Consistency: The Real Game-Changer You know how in relationships, it’s the little everyday things that really matter? Checking in, being there, showing up regularly. The same goes for work. It’s not always the big, flashy moves that take you forward. It’s about consistently doing the right things. Whether it’s meeting deadlines, being reliable, or staying focused, that’s what builds trust and success over time. In both life and work, consistency is key. Relationships grow stronger with constant care, and careers thrive when you show up and put in the effort every day. At the end of the day, it’s not about how fast you move, but how steadily you keep going. #ConsistencyMatters #WorkAndLife #HRThoughts #GrowthMindset #KeepGoing #OfficeCulture #Jaipur

“Great things never come from comfort zones” is a quote that means that people must step outside their comfort zones to achieve success and reach their full potential. Here are some reasons why this quote is true: Personal growth :- Staying in your comfort zone can limit your opportunities for new experiences and personal growth. Discovery of talents :- Stepping outside your comfort zone can lead to the discovery of hidden talents or passions. Increased confidence :- Stepping outside your comfort zone can lead to increased confidence and resilience. Learning life lessons :- You can't learn the most important life lessons without stepping outside your comfort zone. Achieving goals :- You can only achieve your goals by stretching your capabilities and skills . . . . . . .#itsolution #itquotes #stomercorporation #stomerstudy #stomer #jaipur #rajasthan #itsolution #corporate

The #ultimate #truth of #life : Was at #Nagpur, my hometown, for an untoward incident last week. Lost a loved one at 49. Manish had earned handsomely well for himself, toiling very very hard, and working day & night throughout his life. He was on job till his hospitalisation. But his hands lay empty as we were taking him off from the hospital. He was not 'Manish' anymore. People had started referring to him as 'body'. "Body hospital se nikal gayee.....body pahuch rahee hai....." A 'living' & 'breathing' Manish had turned into a 'body' within seconds / minutes...... Looking at the bier (tirdi / arthee) on which the corpse was to be laid, a thought came to my mind - "The ultimate TRUTH of life is this 6' x 2' bier; all else is illusion". Hence, think one should.... #Live without pretending, #Love without depending, #Listen without defending, #Speak without offending, #Give without expecting, #Accept without demanding. Let's try & make the most of what God has gifted us with....being on two legs, and not four !!!! #sales #marketing #brand #leadership #business #happiness #purpose #communication #compassion #money #culture #recruitment #selection #staffing #manpower #search #jobs #jobsearch #humanresources #executivesearch #headhunter #OpenToWork #consultant #India

Don’t Leave a Job in Rage or Anger: A Lesson from Experience Let me share a story that reinforced the importance of staying composed and thoughtful when making career decisions. Yesterday, I was returning from an influencer marketing shoot in Chandipur with one of our senior chefs, Bikash Da. During the journey, he shared a personal story that left me thinking deeply about career decisions. Years ago, Bikash Da and his best friend (now our GM) were working together and had become close friends. However, one day, both of them left their jobs in a fit of anger, without having any backup plans. What followed was months of struggle. They would pack lunch from home every day, head to Dharmatala in Kolkata, and search for jobs tirelessly. They kept this hidden from their families, pretending to be employed. This went on for six months, and when their families eventually found out, they had already been unemployed for nearly 8-9 months. This story taught me a powerful lesson: never make impulsive career decisions out of anger or frustration. Most of the time, decisions made in rage lead to regret. Instead, take time to evaluate your options, have a plan in place, and move forward thoughtfully. Remember, leaving your job without a safety net can lead to unnecessary stress and hardship. Patience and clarity can save you from making decisions you’ll regret later. What’s your take on this? Have you or someone you know experienced something similar? Let’s discuss! #CareerAdvice #ProfessionalGrowth #LifeLessons #ThinkBeforeYouAct #StayComposed #CareerJourney #LinkedInCommunity

Over the past 1 month, I've got several calls from HRs/Recruiters of various organizations from Assam. The standard procedure - - ask for my current CTC - says we will get back to you. - never hear back again None of them were interested in anything else, my skills, my knowledge, my KRAs, my experience, nothing. May be CTC is the first and foremost important thing. Don't completely blame the recruiters also, their hands are also tied by their organizations, and this probably is the standard hiring procedure, which is definitely flawed. #jobs #job #assam
