All right! I left the Animation space for a while to revisit the Hospitality industry and I must say, I lot of things have not changed businesswise. Business owners in the hospitality industry need to do a whole lot better in running their businesses right. Since I have entered this industry in 2019, hardly will you see bussiness owners who don't jeopardise the survival of their bussinesses. They want to live the lifestyle of a succesful restauranteur and hotel owner. Spending hard, driving flashy cars, balling hard, all at the expense of their hosptality business. Some get consultants to help evaluate and expand their businesses, but they ignore the advice given to them by consultants since it might mean spending more on the company and less on themselves, or because they spotted someone in their close social circle who is not being honest with their positions in the business thereby following emotions than reason. Truth is, majority of these enterprises are nonexistent today. I could list a handful, but it will have to wait until another day as I have some trainees on Google Meet who are awaiting my inventory and store management hospitality class. #hospitality #Hotelsandrestaurants #hospitalityconsultaion

Did you know... We are creators... We believe deeply in helping hoteliers think differently about their existing operations But we also love developing new brands that your guests will love. Here are our top five tips when developing a new concept (And the skills we can bring to your project) 1/ Do Your Research Know your local market, who are the people you will be competing against and what are they doing well? Ask yourself what is the gap in the market or how can you offer something different.§ 2/ Narrate Your Story Before anything else, develop your story and DNA and make this the backbone of everything you do. 3/ Push The Boundaries Once you have the first iteration, challenge everything you have done, it's better to reign yourself in than leave opportunity on the table. 4/ Don't Create Roadblocks This is one of the silent killers of great brands, create a framework but allow your team to be creative and do their thing. Process over the guest never ends well. 5/ Be Operationally Sound When you create your brand, make sure you can execute it and execute it long term. This means your workflows, your details and your training is engineered around long term success. If you are about to embark on a new project, reach out, book a call, share more and let's bring your vision to life. 💡 For other insights into how we work, visit the case studies on our website through the link in the comments. #innovation #thinkdifferently2024 #hospitality #hotels

A well-crafted brand video builds trust, elevates your unique value, and gives potential customers a reason to choose YOU over the competition 😎 This is why I love creating brand story videos. They don’t just tell your audience what you do - they show who you are, why you do it, and what makes you different. In a crowded market, that connection is priceless. I recently had the opportunity to tell the story of Crash Hotel Squamish - a boutique hotel that’s redefining what it means to stay somewhere unique. From its tech-forward solutions to its adventurous vibe, this hotel reflects the essence of Squamish and the passion of its owners. If your business could use a powerful brand story to inspire and attract your audience, let's chat. 📩 DM me or comment below to learn more! #BrandStorytelling #VideoProduction #BusinessGrowth

Is your incentive trip or annual meeting predictable? Do all the attendees already know what the week holds for them? At some point it has to stop. Normal is boring. People crave experiences and experiences cause excitement. I like to help design experiences that are unpredictable and unreasonable. Unreasonable? Yes. Service that goes beyond any expectation. Attention to small details. The unpredictable. It’s easy to give out gift bags upon arrival. It’s unpredictable and unreasonable to place a personal item in the hotel room, or to offer a chair massage while lounging by the pool. Normal is boring!

Let's be real here, it's not only about the wedded couple or the client, its also about the guests 💞 Most weddings and events are memorable for BOTH the client and the people attending because everyone's needs were met, whether that be through delicious cuisine, unforgettable entertainment or even a unique learning experience or tradition. What's one thing you don't want to miss on a wedding from an experience perspective?

It was time to relax a bit yesterday afternoon after a busy and very productive week 🙌 ✅ Monday was my strategy day: a day I schedule once a month where I review everything related to strategy from marketing to acquisition to messaging or anything related to my offers. ✅ Tuesday, I spent some time finalising everything for the 2 Training sessions we have scheduled next week ✅ Wednesday, I attended the Hotel & Resort Innovation Expo where I made a lot of great new connections and saw the new market trends ✅ Yesterday, I was recording my new Talent Agency’s introductory video ✅ Today, I will spend some time finalising my video, contacting these connections and finalise next week’s courses deliveries! On top of that, I had / will have 2 very good last minute catch-ups: one yesterday with the amazing Sandra Blake and one today with the legendary Richard Hiron – The Hironator 🙌🙌🙌 And you, how did your week go? #trainindanddevelopment #recruitment #hospitality #customerservice

Being a hotelier reception desk always have a special meaning to me. After being at the hospitality desk now transforming to Education it’s new and this new is candid. Glad #visionias choose me for this and I am making every possible effort ensuring I am the right choice. Being at the #newdelhiworldbookfair and breathing the air of readers is humble. I am counselling, I am organising, I am reading and yes, I am hustling and why shouldn’t I? I learnt that going up the ladder is not less work but more impact and I try to make impact whether in front or behind of lenses. #growth #education #marketing
