Everyone says you cannot automate scheduling with program, but I 100% disagree. Here's why. Most people who have tried rostering with program said it didn't work because of: - Logic being too complicated - The code being slow to generate rosters - The roster places shifts unevenly throughout the month But these are all amendable aspects. They're not impossible to implement, they just look impossible. With proper modelling techniques and algorithms, nearly every aspect of rostering can be automated, saving huge amounts of time. And to be honest, one of my greatest sense of achievement when working with my clients, is seeing them turn from doubting to slowly realizing it could actually work for them. Don't trust me?
