It was a real pleasure to host the panel on fact versus fiction doing really need insights today. I think it was a very nuanced question to ask in the 1st place. We got very nuanced answers back. The thing that resonated most with me is that strategists shouldn't use insights or see insights as a straight jacket. Actually, what we bring to the table is much broader than that. But insights are beautiful things. They are little encapsulations of human behavior and human. The human condition encapsulated in a sentence, and we should embrace them as long as they are a springboard for great work.
