Each early-stage life science startup gets 4-minutes to pitch with slides followed by 9-minutes of Q&A from investor judges. All startup materials will be sent to investor judges beforehand. A couple of months back, Ekaterina Zaharieva was nominated as the first ever European Commissioner for Startups, Research, and Innovation, sparking excitement across the #innovation community! This milestone reflects years of dedicated advocacy, not only by Allied For Startups and its members but by countless other #startup associations across Europe, all pushing to get us here. Last week, we held our Community Roundtable, bringing together experts from politics, industry, and life science start-ups. The focus was on driving innovation and investment in the life sciences sector. Streamlining Funding and Risk Capital: Reducing bureaucratic hurdles and enhancing access to risk capital are essential for the growth of life science start-ups.
