Under his leadership, College Track creates pathways of opportunity, choice, and empowerment for students striving to break cycles of inequity. Before College Track, James made a remarkable impact during his eight years at Year Up, where he championed equitable access to economic opportunity, education, and justice. Using his partner relationship building and management expertise, he drove meaningful connections that changed lives.
