How do we #Restore #Hope in #PoliticalLeadership? Over the past month, I’ve had the privilege of leading workshops and speaking on panels across #France, the #UK, the #US, and #Germany, engaging global audiences to explore how we can reimagine #politics in a time when #democracy faces profound challenges. The past few weeks have been particularly meaningful co-designing and facilitating thought-provoking workshops such as "Should We Replace Politicians with #AI?" (part of our #PoliticianforADay training) at the #ApoliticalDay organized with Apolitical in #London, and collaborating with my brilliant colleagues Rebekah Ison and Natalia Herbst to reflect on pluralism and provide practical tools and frameworks for understanding our individual roles in "How to Make Progress in Polarized Times?", a workshop delivered at the Obama Foundation #DemocracyForum in Chicago to end my year (before a much wished-for holiday back in #Peru). At the Apolitical Foundation, we’re building a global, non-partisan movement with 80+ organizations to address critical challenges: rebuilding trust between #citizens and #politicalleaders (#CircularPowerPolitics), fostering supportive and safe environments for #politicians to thrive, and upskilling #changemakers with the tools they need to drive meaningful, lasting impact within their #PoliticalLeadershipIncubators.
