As we start the new financial year, wishing everyone a lots of positivity, hope and lots of success and happiness going forward. Gratitude to all the stakeholders for making a wonderful year at @ Nature Savior Private Limited across all our business units. Lots of new partnerships, new initiatives and challenges which has helped us all to become better professionals and humans. My advise to all the professionals / leaders managing teams 1) Be compassionate Over the last few years having gone through so much uncertainty and unprecedented situations, be aware that some of your colleagues are still going through the after affect, give them the benefit of doubt , be a good listener and be compassionate about each other feelings 2) Focus on training teams Unlearning and adaptability will be the key differentiators in the next decade, leaders who will be creating an environment for their teams to focus on learning new skills, focusing on digitalisation and self improvement will have a great key advantage 3) Empower , Empower and Empower If you are creating followers, you are not creating a legacy: that’s not leadership. Leadership is about empowering teams and trusting them to make them the right choice. Hire right talent, empower and just TRUST. Once again have a great year. Have fun. A big thank you once again to all my team for their continuous love and support. Thanks again Nature Savior Private Limited www.naturesavior.co.in NATURE SAVIOR PRIVATE LIMITED Nature Savior Private Limited Avantika Power private limited

Did you remember to say thank you to the unsung hero at work today? When we think about a company's success, the first image that comes to mind is the high-profile management team. However, taking a closer look at most organisations, there is a much smaller team of unsung heroes, quietly ensuring everything runs seamlessly. Despite not being in the spotlight, or demanding recognition and/or accolades, their contributions are the foundation for the success of any business. These quieter individuals are often overlooked, and their contribution either taken for granted, or underappreciated. In simplicity, they manage continuity, before it become a crisis. Let's start recognising and appreciating our everyday heroes who keep things running behind the scenes. They might not grab headlines, but they’re the actual success of our business. It takes a split second to say thank you. It can make the world of difference!

In challenging situations, it's common to quickly consider tough decisions like letting go of team members due to performance issues. When faced with this, I decided to try a different approach. Although coaching wasn’t the primary focus of my role as a project manager, I was inspired by a video by Aya E. about the GROW Model and felt it could benefit my team. The GROW Model (Goal, Reality, Options, Way forward) offers a structured way to support individual growth. We applied it by setting clear quarterly goals, assessing current challenges, exploring solutions, and planning actionable steps. Regular check-ins helped us track progress and adjust as needed. Even if things are running smoothly, implementing the GROW Model can still be valuable for fostering continuous improvement and development. Although I left the company before seeing the full results, I believe this model can drive meaningful improvements. If you're facing similar challenges, consider giving the GROW Model a try. I'll share a link to the video in the comments if you’d like to learn more. A special thank you to Aya E. for her positive influence and valuable insights. Your impact has been incredibly helpful and inspiring.

Helen Bevan thank you for sharing. 🙏🏼 This is the visual I appreciate the most from their report. The now and into the future roles for leadership of health and care. We shift: - from leading an organization to leading towards community health and wellbeing; -from inspiring others to inspiring change; -from balancing expertise and emotional intelligence to real humanity, authenticity and heart; - from expert mindset to ecosystem mindset; - from maintaining energy and energizing other to unleashing collective energy; -from a learning orientation to voracious learner; and - from anticipating and proactively managing disruption to seizing disruption and difficulty as opportunities for transformation.

Last weekend, our team delivered 3 projects during one release. We secured and enhanced the authentication methods of 2 of our portals and enhanced the user experience of our cost declaration flow. My three main takeaways: Team work, Communication and priorities. Team work: This release couldn't be done alone. Each team member contributed more than their share to achieve our goal. It was not only our team, but it was an effort from all involved teams (IT, Communication, Services, legal...). Communication: Communication is not always easy and it is important to communicate clearly and transparently. This was a key factor to reach our deadline. Priorities: Due to multiple projects, it was important to shift the priority to the correct project. In collaboration with the management, we decided and reviewed these priorities regularly. Thank you to all the contributors of this release! After months of hard work, it is now time for some time off. Nothing better than a marathon to relax. 🎉💪

A fascinating video of the efficiency of aircraft maintenance, any lessons, I wonder, to or from Formula 1 pit stops!
Last week our engineering team carried out a double engine swap at our Heathrow hangar, and we were able to capture it in real time. I'm always in awe of the precision and teamwork required to complete an engine swap like this, with a huge number of people involved across many teams, to plan and execute the changes successfully and on time, it truly is the ultimate team sport. It's a great leadership example of why it pays to place team above self, for as a team we fly higher – thank you to our people for all that you do for Virgin Atlantic

THE SILENT ONES There are some team mates who may not come up with great stats and numbers but we keep them because they make others on the team better. There are tangibles which refer to clear cut metrics we can see, KPI and all that but there are also intangibles that cannot be measured but they are seen in values, moral compasses and those items that are clearly blurred but when applied in the mix make the overall team better and stronger, sometimes it is those you least expected that bring these components to the table. A good manager and leader should be able to spot those team members who may not brag about their accomplishments, who are not in the forefront but who are silent achievers. Sometimes it is as a result of their being team players that makes the team to succeed. They not being concerned about glory and shine is the reason why some of your A listers shine. It is the weekend, look for such team members and reward accordingly. A simple thank you I see the value you bring will go a long way. Have a great weekend Sydani Group
