Building an App with AI: Day 2 Tonight, I dove deeper into the interface and the main dashboard, focusing on functionality—and still, I haven’t written a single line of code. Everything so far has been done by AI, with me just prompting it in regular English. Honestly, I was sceptical on the first day about whether this would work, but now, as I’m building it out, it actually looks like this project could be something I put out there for people to use. I added filters that allow users to sort by crew, visitors, in-and-out status, those on leave, and department. I implemented a nice toggle for this, although I’m still tweaking how the people on board are displayed at the bottom. I also added the ability to click on a user and see when they last signed in or out, with a full activity log underneath to track movements over time. It’s really starting to take shape, and I’m thinking ahead to what people might want to see in the app. --- What features would you like to see in an app like this? What would make it most useful for you? I’d love to hear your ideas, as I’m planning to release this for people to use once it’s ready. --- Tomorrow, I’ll be focusing on refining the UI and continuing to improve the flow. Langchain is an awesome backend if you want to create advanced AI apps in bubble, however there is a big problem using it if you’re a bubble developer… CODE is involved!!! That is why I use a no code tool that is built on top of the langchain framework called Flowise. This essentially saves you plenty of time because you can easily drag and drop the actions you want to take to create your own visual chain of actions. Flowise even has a marketplace to use free pre-built templates. Just like how bubble allows you to start an app with a template. This makes it so quick and easy to build on Flowise.
