I was inspired to write this article because the topic touched me deeply. Our worth is not only our success, experiences, or achievements; it is mainly our core and our energy from within that make us who we are Ghada B Khalifeh PCC. CPQC. CPCC The Liberum https://lnkd.in/d4atTNYv

Quality and regulatory efforts may take different paths, but when aligned, they create a powerful cycle of continuous improvement-a true match made in heaven. During the graduation ceremony for the Quality Control, Quality Assurance and Quality Management Program, I got to share some of my highlights from the program. Here are a few of the key ones I shared: 🔸The programme provided a huge stepping stone, especially for those of us who graduated several years ago and have struggled to find opportunities to grow and gain experience due to the highly competitive job market. Graduating has made us more marketable and skilled, increasing our chances on the job market. 🔸For those of us who have had limited practical experience with certain techniques, such as UV-Vis spectrophotometry, this program gave us an opportunity to put our theory into practice. We can now execute tests using these techniques with greater confidence. 🔸All of the lecturers and lab technicians were consistent in their patience, understanding, and passion to teach us and help us gain the necessary knowledge and skills to propel us in our careers. It's such a blessing to have people around us that are willing to teach and guide us. If I could redo the entire program, I wouldn't change a thing. The experience and knowledge gained as well as the people I met exceeded my expectations.

This week I am attending APQC Conference as a former event planner I must say this conference is of the highest caliber. My top favorite things I have heard: “If you aren’t learning anything you aren’t doing anything.” “Be that transformation.” “When you are laughing you are learning.” “When creating a process start with a verb.” “Structure sets us free.” “If hope is too hard try curiosity.” “You can’t run full speed when your battery is drained.” “Make it about people and meet them where they are.” #apqc24conf #knowledgemanagement
