LOGO TRENDS TO FOLLOW IN 2024
1. Minimalism and simplicity: This trend is all about using clean lines, negative space, and a limited color palette to create a logo that is both memorable and versatile.
2. Geometric and 3D shapes: Geometric shapes are a classic design element that can be used to create logos that are both modern and timeless. In 2024, we are also likely to see more logos that incorporate 3D elements, which can add depth and dimension to a design.
3. Bold typography: Logos that use bold typography can be a great way to make a statement and grab attention. This trend is perfect for brands that want to project a sense of confidence and strength.
4. Nostalgia and retro-inspired logos: There is a growing trend for logos that draw inspiration from past design eras, such as the Art Deco or the Memphis Group. These logos can evoke feelings of nostalgia and comfort, and they can also be a great way to stand out from the competition.
5. AI-generated imagery: As artificial intelligence (AI) continues to develop, we are likely to see more logos that are created using AI tools. This can be a great way to create unique and innovative designs. #designtips#graphicdesigntutorial#designtipsandtricks#creativedesign#designinspiration#whitespacemagic#whitespacelovers#lessismoredesign#embracethewhitespace#learndesign#growyouraudience#designwithpurpose#upyourdesigngame#socialsavvybymohini

Introducing "Pandora Print"-
A whimsical weave of colors and details inspired by my favourite-est mesmerizing movie- Avatar 2: Way of Water. Drawing from Pandora's lush landscapes and vibrant flora and fauna, with this print, I have tried to capture the essence of fantasy, adventure, and the intricate detailing of each element that contributes to the magical beauty of this mystical world.
Let this design transport you to a place where imagination knows no bounds, where every pattern tells a story of wonder and possibility.
The print elements were hand illustrated on Procreate and the pattern was set into a print on Adobe Photoshop.

Day 7: Alphabet G - Golden Ratio
Today, we delve into the Golden Ratio, a fascinating concept found in nature, art, and even design!
Imagine a line divided into two segments. The Golden Ratio (also called Phi, Φ) is the ratio between the whole line and the longer segment, which is equal to the sum of the whole line and the shorter segment. It's approximately 1.618.
While its mathematical formula might seem complex, the Golden Ratio translates into visually pleasing proportions in design. Think of a rectangle where the length is 1.618 times the width. This rectangle embodies the Golden Ratio and is often considered aesthetically balanced and harmonious.
Here are some ways the Golden Ratio is used in design:
Layout and composition: Dividing your design canvas into sections based on the Golden Ratio can help you position elements for a more balanced and visually appealing layout.
Image cropping: Cropping an image using the Golden Ratio grid can create a more natural and visually compelling composition.
Logo design: Many logos, including the Apple logo and the Twitter bird, incorporate the Golden Ratio in their proportions.
Typography: Golden Ratio principles can be applied to determine font sizes and line spacing for improved readability and visual hierarchy.
Remember:
The Golden Ratio is not a rigid rule, but rather a guideline to assist you in creating visually pleasing designs. Don't be afraid to experiment and explore its potential while maintaining your own creative vision!
Stay tuned for more design terms tomorrow!

It’s been a wonderful journey working with the talented team @selftitled_design to elevate and evolve our brand identity from the Grid System, Proposal, Presentation, Press Release, and Business Cards.
The Self-truth® was developed for FIGR by our very talanted friends @selftitled_design . This is their response how they got there:; “ ‘How we get to the point! The strategic insight here is the ‘how’ - the often messy, non-linear design process - is as important as the final ‘point’ - the aesthetically pleasing finished building.
The @figr_architecture logo represents this through a much larger and more complex wordmark (the ‘how’ - as in how they ‘figure’ out a solution), paired with the perfectly simple full-stop ‘point. This full-stop became the anchor around which a grid is built. This system sets out scale, layout and typography rules across all touch-points.”
