💼 There has been an increasing desire amongst employees to work from anywhere (WFA) in recent years. For example, the "Should we ditch the office?" survey conducted by Hubble's found that a huge 42% of workers would like to work from overseas. This growing trend may require a different approach from employers when it comes to looking after their workforce, which could include providing more personalised benefits, such as international private medical insurance, to meet their unique needs. Discover more about the working from anywhere trend below, including why it's here to stay and how it could shape the future of work life. 🔽

Embracing flexible working policies is key to becoming an employer of choice. Do you agree? Read the report in full to find out how you can use your working policy to your advantage - to attract the best talent as an employer of choice and retain your best talent through enhancing employee wellbeing. Topic: Work From Anywhere WFA. A trend or new way of life? The emergence of Work From Anywhere (WFA) represents a notable shift in our approach to work, spurred by factors such as overpopulation and the aftermath of the pandemic. Alongside Work From Home (WFH) and Work From Office (WFO), WFA offers employees greater time flexibility. However, questions arise regarding its effectiveness and communication capabilities. Personally, I find WFA to be a time-efficient solution. Instead of enduring a two-hour commute, I can work from a nearby cafe, minimizing lateness and wasted travel time. Yet, it's worth noting that this doesn't necessarily boost working efficiency, as the time spent commuting remains unproductive. Furthermore, WFA presents cost-saving opportunities for employers by reducing office expenses. With employees utilizing fewer utilities, companies can increase revenues while enabling workers to contribute at their own pace. This potentially leads to a significant growth in employee contributions and a decrease in utility payments. Overall, WFA is undeniably a new trend for people to embrace. However, challenges remain, requiring time and effort to address. Despite this, I'm grateful for my organization's flexibility in offering WFA, allowing me to work comfortably and contribute effectively as part of Taylor's Community. Below picture was located at ZUS Cafe that is nearby my house, where I'm getting my work accomplished in a day. It's incredibly convenient to have such a cozy spot nearby by the flexibility given from my employer - Taylor's Community. #taylorscommunity #komunitisentiasadihati #CSR #WorkFromAnywhere #NewTrend

It’s been a big week for changes 🙌🏻 And these changes get a big thumbs up from me! 👍🏼 Employees in England, Scotland and Wales now have the legal right to request flexible working from their first day in a new job! 🥳 Previously, you had to have worked for your employer for at least 26 weeks! And what’s even better is that employees can now make two flexible working requests within a 12-month period and employers must engage in a consultation process before denying a request! Personally, I think this is a great move, especially for those juggling a busy work/life schedule 🙌🏻 But should flexibility come as a standard? So many companies are offering flexibility to their employees without them having to make a request 👏🏻 Forever grateful to work for Flexa who offer some of the most flexibility I’ve seen 🥳 We’re definitely heading in the right direction though with these new changes! Thoughts? 🤔👇🏼 #flexibleworking #flexibility #remoteworking #workingparents #workingmum

Relocation packages were once considered a prime perk, especially for insurance companies facing a scarcity of local talent. However, it seems like we've stepped into a new era where relocation packages are becoming obsolete. Nowadays, insurers are prominently featuring remote positions among their top hiring priorities. Does this mean that remote work is the industry's long-term vision? Are relocation packages truly a thing of the past? Intrigued by these questions, I delved into some research and summarized my findings in this article: "Are Relocation Packages a Thing of the Past for Insurers?" check it out👇👇 https://lnkd.in/gYA9i88S #insuranceindustry #insurance #lifeinsurance #jdaprile #humanresources #management #innovation #future
