Lattice’s annual State of People Strategy survey is open! Each year, Lattice surveys HR leaders about where they’re excelling, and what’s keeping them up at night. For the first time ever, we’re including managers outside of HR — so even if you’re not part of the people team, now’s your chance to weigh in: where do you rely on HR the most, and how are they delivering? It takes about 10 minutes, and is completely anonymous. https://lnkd.in/gm7tf8c6

Great presentation Anita Dazzi it is really interesting how much talent is available in the market heading into the end of financial year! Definitely the best we have seen it since pre-Covid times. I hope businesses are not relying on end of FY bonuses retaining their talent!! #hrconsultancy #hrcommunity #leadership

Friday is the last day to take the State of People Strategy Survey, but the first time we've included managers outside of HR! (Link in the comments) Why? Well, I've interviewed so many of you for articles in the Lattice library (like Kelly Moon, Alex Lahmeyer, and Trevor Sutley), and it's clear that HR depends on managers to bring their people programs to life. But it's a complicated and codependent relationship — one that needs a lot of care, intention, and constant fine-tuning. If you manage 3+ people in any industry, we'd love to hear from you by June 28: What do you need most from your HR team, and to what extent are they delivering? The results will be published this fall 😉 And if you're in HR, I know you've got some hot takes, too. Let 'er rip!
