Embracing an Evolving Future: Aptima's Commitment to Fostering a Diverse and Inclusive Work Environment through Culture, Ownership, Respect, and Engagement As many companies continue to adjust to shifts in both the micro and macroenvironments in which they operate, creating and maintaining an inclusive workplace remains important, even as the ways to do so evolve. Diversity of thought not only creates a working environment defined by belonging and collaboration, but it also gives companies a competitive advantage and keeps innovation alive. For years, Aptima has dedicated resources towards company-wide efforts to increase inclusion, diversity, equity, and anti-racism. These efforts, often referred to as DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion), are deeply rooted in our corporate values. This month, Aptima rolled out a new approach to these continued efforts, defining the ongoing work as Aptima’s CORE initiatives. CORE stands for Culture, Ownership, Respect, and Engagement.
