📢 We are pleased to share our recent study on #prostateenucleation using Thulium Fiber Laser (#TFL) developed by our urology team at HM Hospitales. Holmium laser enucleation of the prostate (HoLEP) has become a gold standard option for surgical treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). However, TFL presents itself as a potential alternative with comparable outcomes. In our recent study, we aimed to describe our initial experience with TFL for endoscopic prostate enucleation. In this prospective multicenter study, we evaluated the efficacy and safety of #ThuliumFiberLaser (TFL) for prostate enucleation.
