Arachem recently wrapped up a successful seminar with Idexx on the VetLab® Solution, featuring hands-on learning with Idexx analyzers and practical case studies. The session, titled "The Verdict is in the Retic: Why They Are More Important Than Just Classifying Anaemia," emphasized the importance of reticulocyte readings in CBC analysis. Held at G Hotel Penang on 5th November and Hilton Hotel Kota Kinabalu on 12th November 2024, the seminar included three interactive stations: Instrument Operation, Case Studies, and Round Table Discussion. At the Instrument Operation station, technical support showcased the features of Idexx analyzers like Procyte One, Procyte Dx, and Catalyst One. Dr. Lee led the Case Studies station, discussing real-life cases and treatment approaches. The Round Table Discussion focused on the ROI and functionality of Idexx equipment.
