I'm pleased to share my new article, co-authored with Daria Rohozianska, an associate at AGA Partners Law Firm , for LIGA ZAKON ✍️📚 Here we analyze the principles of impartiality and independence of arbitrators, which are the foundation of international arbitration. Particular attention is paid to the new amendments to the English Arbitration Act, which codify the disclosure obligations of arbitrators. We explore how these changes may affect practice, emphasizing that impartiality is crucial for building confidence in the arbitration process.
