So… an update on this: You can add a OneNote tab to Teams, but it cannot be just a multiuser chat… it has to be a Channel or a Meeting chat If you create a Public Channel for a Team that you’re not an Owner for, you lose ability to add/set user roles or even delete the Channel you just created. If you want to control the audience and management, the Channel needs to be private. (This may depend on the configuration of Teams in your org)
